Consistent PLCs Yield Strong Academic Improvement
Michael Persampieri
Assistant Principal, Starr Elementary School, Grand Island, Nebraska
Our third-grade PLC was the most consistent about implementing academic teaming. They worked on success criteria and learning targets and developed plans together. They really bought into their process. When I look at the student test scores, that grade level has shown the most improvement throughout the year in comparison to other grade levels.
